Dominic Côté, President
Dominic is responsible for setting the company's strategy and leading its implementation. He is very motivated to ensure DFMZ's culture stays true to its values which are focused on its people and their customers. He is a polished and culturally-sensitive leader who confidently represents DFMZ's organization with professionalism and the utmost integrity.
Dominic has over 20 years of management experience in customer service, operations, distribution, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. Dominic holds a Business Administration and Management diploma from Cambrian College of Sudbury, Ontario.
Maxx Rochette Sales & Marketing Director
Maxx joined the organization with the responsibility of leading all sales and marketing initiatives. With over 9 years of sales & marketing experience, he works closely with other members of the leadership team to ensure DFMZ is providing a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Maxx has an Advanced Business Diploma from Humber College.
Shannon Duncan Manufacturing Operations Director
Shannon is responsible for the manufacturing operations and management of the skilled trade professionals in the production facility at DFMZ. He brings 20 years of experience and is committed to providing customers with quality solutions by supporting the knowledge, skill and experience of DFMZ's accomplished workforce.
Shannon has an Associate Degree from Algonguin College with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services.
Michael Pelletier Design & Engineering Director
Mike leads the design and engineering department. His strategic initiatives include innovative product development, continuous improvements, and the creation of our new consulting services offering.
Prior to DFMZ, Mike worked as an engineering project manager and design engineer in the hydraulics industry. Leading projects across varying industries, Mike brings multi-disciplinary experience to the DFMZ team.
Mike holds a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
Chris Potvin Installation Services & Quality Control Manager
Chris joined DFMZ in 2017, and is responsible for the installation services and quality control management at DFMZ. Chris is committed to providing DFMZ customers innovative and quality product solutions using the knowledge, skill and experience of our accomplished workforce.
Chris has over 26 years of operations management experience in various manufacturing and service settings from preserved wood production to telecommunication equipment manufacturing, and medical isotope processing to diagnostic laboratory management.
Johannes Sinnhuber Finance Controller
Johannes joined the organization taking on the responsibility of leading all Finance and Accounting initiatives. He will work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic financial insight and analysis as well as oversee all accounting operations, reporting, financial planning and forecasting. Johannes has a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Ottawa with a Specialization in Accounting and recently completed all CPA Examination Requirements.
